TRIDENT provides twenty-four hour coverage, 365 days per year for all open-heart procedures on both a locum tenens and long term contract basis. Services include operation of the heart-lung machine, monitoring, autotransfusion, administering drugs as authorized and directed by

physicians, ordering and maintaining supply inventories and other customary functions. Fees for services can be invoiced at a
predetermined rate on both a per-case or capitated basis. TRIDENT will share risk with the hospital on long term contracts.

Perfusion Utilization Review

A special service designed to help the administrator of a hospital-based perfusion program realize the maximum potential and utilization of the staff. Recommendations on staff use, scheduling, product recommendation and standardization, flow patterns, safety device usage, personnel evaluations and performance standards are all incorporated in this service.

Quality Assurance Program and Protocols

Special emphasis is placed in the development and implementation of a perfusion QA program and protocols with the hospital's QA and Risk Control Manager.
